  Welcome to Route Runner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Route Runner mobile application ("App") operated by Route Runner ("we," "our," or "us").                                                                  

  By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.                                                                                                               

  1. Description of Service                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

  Route Runner is an errand planning application that helps you organize tasks, find nearby stores, and optimize your routes. The App offers both free features and a paid subscription service called "Family Sharing."                     

  2. Eligibility                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

  You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.                                                                                                                          

  3. Account Registration                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

  To use certain features, you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for:                                                                                                                                     

  - Providing accurate information                                                                                                                                                                                                           

  - Maintaining the security of your account                                                                                                                                                                                                 

  - All activities that occur under your account                                                                                                                                                                                             

  4. Subscriptions                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

  4.1 Family Sharing Subscription                                                                                                                                                                                                            

  The Family Sharing subscription provides:                                                                                                                                                                                                  

  - Real-time sync across all your devices                                                                                                                                                                                                   

  - Shared errand lists with family members                                                                                                                                                                                                  

  - Family collaboration features                                                                                                                                                                                                            

  4.2 Subscription Terms                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

  - Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)                                                                                                                                                                      

  - Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase                                                                                                                                                                  

  - Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period                                                                                                                                 

  - Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period                                                                                                                                          

  - You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings                                                                                                                                                                

  4.3 Price Changes                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

  We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change           

  constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.                                                                                                                                                                                           

  4.4 Refunds                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

  All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We cannot process refunds directly.                                                                                                                 

  5. Acceptable Use                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

  You agree not to:                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

  - Use the App for any unlawful purpose                                                                                                                                                                                                     

  - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems                                                                                                                                                                            

  - Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality                                                                                                                                                                                        

  - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App                                                                                                                                                                                      

  - Share your account credentials with others                                                                                                                                                                                               

  - Use the App while operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner                                                                                                                                                                                

  6. Intellectual Property                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

  The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Route Runner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.                                                     

  7. User Content                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

  You retain ownership of errands, lists, and other content you create ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the App's functionality.                

  8. Privacy                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

  Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://route-runner.ai/privacy.                                                                                                                                  

  9. Disclaimers                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

  THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.                                                                                                                                  

  We do not warrant that:                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

  - The App will be uninterrupted or error-free                                                                                                                                                                                              

  - Route suggestions are optimal or safe                                                                                                                                                                                                    

  - Store hours, locations, or availability are accurate                                                                                                                                                                                     

  IMPORTANT: Route Runner provides suggestions only. Always exercise your own judgment when driving and verify store information independently.                                                                                              

  10. Limitation of Liability                                                                                                                                                                                                                

  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.                                                                 

  Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.                                                                                                                        

  11. Indemnification                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Route Runner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.                                                                                  

  12. Termination                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

  We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.                                                                                         

  You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.                                                                                                                                                                          

  13. Changes to Terms                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

  We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.                                           

  14. Governing Law                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.                                                                                                              

  15. Dispute Resolution                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

  Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.  

  16. Severability                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

  If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
